Broadclyst Victory Hall is a Registered Charity and is run by a Management Committee. It has no connection to local councils or authorities and relies upon hire fees and fund-raising to maintain and  manage the building.

In addition to this, the committee raises funds and apply for grants to enable them to improve their facilities and much has been done in the last few years to update and extend the building.

The committee are pleased to employ a local villager as Caretaker and Cleaner and believe in offering a good service within excellent facilities.

Having recently seen the opening of a new entrance their new project, the 'Green Room', is also nearing completion. This is a new extension by the old entrance which will give a changing room with access to the stage area. Once completed the Hall will be able to stage larger productions and provide a wider range of entertainment.

Also included in this extension is a new lobby area which has electrical installations for up to 4 IT stations to be installed with Wifi at a later date.

Donations towards the management of these facilities would be much appreciated.
